2. Data we collect

Through the contact form we only collect the data you voluntarily provide: name, email, phone (optional), subject and message. That form is static and stores nothing on our servers: it opens your own mail client.

3. Purpose & legal basis

• To respond to your information and quote requests (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

4. Retention

Data is kept for as long as it takes to handle your request and to meet any legal obligation, and is then deleted.

5. Recipients

If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, the conversation takes place on the infrastructure of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta group), which processes the data as an autonomous controller under its own privacy policy. You can always use email or the phone instead.

6. Your rights

You may exercise the rights under Arts. 15-22 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability) by writing to info@manfrediconcept.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in Italy the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
